Mr. King has been a director of the Company since November 2025, and currently serves as Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. King has over 40 years of experience driving transformations and increasing relevance at major global brands, including as CEO of Taco Bell Corp., where he led brand strategy and franchise operations and enhanced consumer engagement during a period of significant growth. He most recently served as CEO of Xponential Fitness, helping transform the company through a focus on franchisee health and a customer-centric culture. Mr. King also previously served as President of adidas North America, guiding the brand to double its market share in under three years, and spent more than three decades at TaylorMade Golf, which became the most profitable golf company in the world during his tenure as CEO.

Mr. Smolinisky has been a director of the Company since November 2025 and currently serves as Lead Independent Director. Mr. Smolinisky is a serial entrepreneur and transformative investor whose nearly three-decade career is defined by generating significant value across several industries including commercial real estate, finance, and capital markets. As a Principal at Conquest Housing, a diversified private investment company, he leverages his deep expertise in strategy and capital deployment to drive growth and market innovation across its portfolio, including real estate, publicly traded securities, sports, media and other ventures. Mr. Smolinisky's career is marked by the founding and scaling of multiple enterprises and is further showcased through his co-ownership of the Los Angeles Dodgers, a venture that exemplifies his ability to identify and invest in iconic brands and high-growth assets.

Mr. Luz has been a director of the Company since April 2026. Mr. Luz has over 30 years of experience building and growing businesses and brands across the restaurant and consumer goods industries, with global expertise in scaled platforms. Mr. Luz most recently served as CEO of P. F. Chang’s, where he drove performance through streamlined operations, investment in digital capabilities, and value-oriented offerings that enhanced the global guest experience. Prior to P. F. Chang’s, Mr. Luz served as Chief Brand and Concept Officer at Panera Bread, leading brand strategy and integrated digital, marketing, and menu innovation functions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Luz served as Zone President, North America and President, Grocery business unit at The Kraft Heinz Company. Mr. Luz started his career as a management consultant at Accenture and holds an MBA from The Wharton School.

Mr. Ramirez Mena has been a director of the Company since January 2024. Mr. Ramirez Mena currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Buff City Soap, a franchisor offering handmade and plant-based personal care products with over 250 locations across the country. Before joining Buff City Soap, he spent 12 years at Yum! Brands in various executive leadership roles, both domestically and internationally. As the chief financial officer and chief growth officer of Pizza Hut, he helped lead an 18,000-store system with over $12 billion in sales. As the general manager of Pizza Hut Latin America & Iberia, he oversaw a business unit with 2,600 stores and system sales exceeding $1.5 billion. During his tenure at Yum! Brands, he consistently exceeded unit development and operating profit plans, setting records for the company's new store growth. He currently serves as Board Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Six Flags.

Mr. Diaz has been a director of the Company since September 2022. Since January 2019, Diaz has served as the Chairman of the Hispanic Technology Executive Council (“HITEC”), a premier, global executive leadership organization of senior business and technology executives building outstanding careers in technology. Since February 2022, Diaz has also served as the Founder and CEO of Conectado Inc., an innovative, Web 3 digital platform with the mission of accelerating access to opportunities for underrepresented minorities, and since August 2020, he has served on the Board of Directors for Blue Shield of California. Prior to his current roles, Diaz served as CEO at Kloudspot, Inc., an innovative predictive AI and IoT analytics platform provider, from February 2020 to December 2021, and he served as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Cisco Systems, Inc. from January 2000 to February 2020. In addition to his role as CIO at Cisco, he led the Customer Digital Transformation program, where he and his team leveraged Cisco’s own digital journey and thought leadership to partner with customers to develop their own digital transformation programs. Diaz began his career in telecommunications with the U.S. Navy, where he received a military scholarship that led to his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Colorado.

Mr. Myers has been a director of the Company since December 2010 and is currently Chair of the Finance Committee. Mr. Myers served as Chairman of the Board of Petco, the national pet supplies retailer from July 2015 until September 2018 and was also Petco’s Chief Executive Officer from 2004 until February 2017. Previously, Mr. Myers held the following positions at Petco: President from 2011 until 2015; Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2004; and Vice President and Controller from 1990. Prior to that, Mr. Myers was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP.

Mr. Murphy has been a director of the Company since September 2002. Mr. Murphy served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sharp HealthCare from April 1996 until his retirement in February 2019, and as member of the Sharp Board from 2007 through his retirement. Sharp is a comprehensive healthcare delivery system which has been recognized with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation’s highest Presidential honor for quality and organizational performance excellence. Prior to his appointment to President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Murphy served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Legal Affairs for Sharp HealthCare. He began his career at Sharp in 1991 as Chief Financial Officer of Grossmont Hospital before moving to a system-wide role as Vice President of Financial Accounting and Reporting. Prior to this, Mr. Murphy provided certified public accounting services, including as a partner at Deloitte.

Ms. Yeung has been a director of the Company since April 2017. Ms. Yeung most recently served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer of Kohl’s Corporation from May 2020 to April 2023. From January 2018 until November 2019, Ms. Yeung served as General Manager, Venture at Lululemon Athletica Inc, a healthy lifestyle inspired athletic apparel company. She previously served as that company’s Chief Strategy Officer from May 2015, to January 2018, and as Vice President, Strategy from November 2011 to May 2015. From 2008 until 2011, Ms. Yeung was an independent consultant working with philanthropies, non-profit organizations and small to medium-sized enterprises on strategy development. From 2002 to 2008, she held positions with increasing responsibilities at Starbucks Coffee Company, a global premium food and beverage retailer, leading strategy development and process improvement for its North America, International, and Global Product organizations. Ms. Yeung started her career with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, advising clients on growth, operational and investment strategies across Greater China, Southeast Asia and Australia.
