ULonda Sainz serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Jack in the Box since July 2026. She brings more than 25 years of industry experience. Since joining the Company in 2001, she has held several leadership positions within the Supply Chain organization, most recently as VP of Procurement & Analysis. ULonda has extensive expertise across procurement, distribution, strategic sourcing, contract compliance, and ERP financial systems. Her supply chain expertise, combined with a strong understanding of the Jack in the Box brand, has enabled her to successfully lead company-wide distribution strategies, strengthen key supplier partnerships, and enhance reporting, compliance, and cross-functional process improvements supporting Jack in the Box, Del Taco, and Qdoba restaurants.
ULonda holds an Advanced Master Certification in Supply Chain Management and Procurement from Michigan State University.
