Jeremy Korzen serves as SVP, Chief Transformation Officer of Jack in the Box since May 2026. Prior to that, Jeremy served as Vice President of Strategic Finance, leading strategic finance, including the capital allocation strategy, real estate finance, and the divestiture of Del Taco. Before joining Jack in the Box in 2021, he served as Director of Strategy at VASA Fitness and held M&A investment banking roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Fifth Third Securities, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries. He brings more than 15 years of experience spanning corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
